Our team focuses on accessibility education, proper and thoughtful training and education for support professionals, and greater policy change.

Creative Solutions and the Future Planning Program was such a great program for our family. They helped us organize everything surrounding our special needs son for our other children for the future. It was a great resource in one concise place that our children can reference in the event something would happen to us. How can CSWI work for me?

We personalize services to meet the specific needs, goals, and wishes of our clients. We can assist you and your family/guardians find the right programs and systems that aid you in living the life you choose.

What kind of support will you give me?

First, we want to get to know you and understand your life and your goals and then we work together to build the skills and knowledge to get you there. Our education-based Future Planning program teaches you all the skills you need to effectively and efficiently navigate various support systems and secure your own supports while having direct access to a support broker to assist in specific tasks at your request. We want to empower you to determine what you can manage on your own and what you would like assistance with moving forward. We partner with you as you meet each of life’s challenges head on and find the right services and programs to assist you in meeting your goals.

How often will I see you? What if I need extra assistance?

The team at CSWI is here to support your needs, regardless of the size of your request. If you need more involvement, we can be more involved. If you prefer a more hands-off approach, we can accommodate that as well. We believe in healthy communication and creating a sustainable partnership that you can rely on through all stages of your life. We will always encourage you to be honest about your needs and goals, and we will be here to support you in whatever way works best for you.

How do you get paid? Do I have to pay you?

Our team will work with you to understand your finances and create a plan. Our services are generally covered using private income or Medicaid Waiver Funds such as Children’s Long-term Support (CLTS), IRIS, or Family Care/MCO.
