Building Better Skills Together

While our most successful employees often have prior experience in the field of assisting persons with disabilities, we do offer a variety of in-house training opportunities to ensure each of our team members has the necessary skills to be very successful in their careers.

When you join the Creative Solutions of Wisconsin Team, we’ll work with you to create an individualized career path designed to meet your professional and personal goals. Once we’ve identified your ideal professional pathway, we’ll work collaboratively to find the training and development opportunities that are right for your goals. While we are a relatively small company, we work diligently and with uncompromising effort with each employee to help them achieve their career goals.

Creating Meaningful, Life-Long Disability Support Careers

As an agency that provides direct support, we understand that these roles have not always been viewed as viable, professional careers. That’s why we’ve taken bold steps to advocate for the direct support workforce. We strive to provide all the necessary training, competitive compensation, and logistical support to professionalize the direct support career path and seek employees who continually advocate for a higher standard of care.

At Creative Solutions of Wisconsin, we believe in uncompromising professionalism. We train our team to be true professionals and we expect each member to behave professionally in all settings. When you join our team of disability support professionals, you will receive the respect you deserve as a person and professional.
